About Scott
I moved with my family to North Myrtle Beach in 1976. During my successful 20+ year run in the restaurant business, my wife and I began to dabble is real estate. We began by purchasing a vacant lot (owner financed), and working as hard we could to pay it off so we could use the lot as colateral for a construction loan. We built the house, moved in for two years (to avoid capitol gains tax) and sold it. With our Tax Free profits in hand we purchased a better lot, in a better location, and started the process all over again. We currently live in our 8th new home.
In 1996 I decided to make Real Estate my full time career. After obtaining my Real Estate licenses in both North Carolina and South Carolina I worked in New Home Comunities, becoming the Top Producing agent and obtaining my South Carolina Rersidential Builders LIcense. I opened Carolina Coast Realty Inc, DBA Weichert Realtors Southern Coast in 2003. Weichert Realtors Southern Coast now has 3 offices and about 100 agents covering the entire Grand Starnd Real Estate Market. Weichert Realtors Southern Coast has consistently preformed in the top tier of Brokerage Companies.
While our team of top producing agents provide outsating service to the entire Grand Strand Real Estate Market, my area of expertise is North Myrtle Beach and the immediate surrounding areas, including Little River, Longs, Briarcliffe Acres and Barefoot Landing.
